<p>This dinner unites the talents of chef Richard Ptacnik; Nick Paterson, Mistletoe Wines (maker of the 2011 Citibank NSW Wine of the Year) and Chair of the Citibank NSW Wine Awards Judging panel, Huon Hooke. Explore a selection of trophy winning wines from the 2011 Awards; learn what the experts think are the cream-of-the-crop and find out what it takes to make a trophy winning wine.
