The time of year has come to celebrate all that the NSW wine regions have to offer. Otto Ristorante will be doing our part with the following events and offerings:

TOUR OF THE REGIONS
Trophy Winners’ Dinner, Tuesday 28 February, 6.30pm – for 7.00pm start

This dinner unites the talents of chef Richard Ptacnik; Nick Paterson, Mistletoe Wines (maker of the 2011 Citibank NSW Wine of the Year) and Chair of the Citibank NSW Wine Awards Judging panel, Huon Hooke. Explore a selection of trophy winning wines from the 2011 Awards; learn what the experts think are the cream-of-the-crop and find out what it takes to make a trophy winning wine. DINE WITH NSW WINE

For lunch or dinner from Monday, 27th February until Saturday, 31st March enjoy the following food and wine match for $40 per person:

Guancia di manzo: braised beef cheeks, carrot puree, roasted spring onions and heirloom carrots with pancetta*
